Ultimately we are a physical structure composing of a body and limbs, and these limbs have parameters of movement between a minimum and a maximum of the joints range, and have a half way point within this. These points are the coordinates of a system of structure of movement for the human body.
The limbs can also be positioned relative to the gravitational influence of the planet we stand upon, and can be parallel to the ground, or vertical and then relative to each other. There is a structure within which the human body can be positioned and a movement between each position which is the path to be travelled.
The paths are found within the Pentegraph Orb consisting of a sphere divided into circles. The part of the body that follows these paths is called the actuator and can be a finger, hand, foot, elbow, knee, shoulder, head etc.

I remember as a child of about 9 or so, rediscovering the flying with outstretched arms aeroplane game, and being rather embarrassed to find that I could not do it well, and so stopped because I had rather assumed that it would be easy, having previously done it earlier in my childhood. But it is not easy, and you don't find adults performing it to encourage the children because they can't do it properly. It is one of the many underestimated talents which everyone thinks they have, but actually don't.
The Condor is a revisiting of the flying like an aeroplane game, from an adults perspective (if I can be called an adult!), and is extended into the Dragonfly, Pelekan and Hawk.
